What about me?
Now that summer is over, and kids are back in school, it is time to think about yourself. Remember the anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, confusion, etc that you had boxed up and stored…...guess what, they are still there. Out of sight, out of mind. They aren’t going to work themselves out or disappear by itself. It can be scary and hard to open up those boxes by yourself.
Reach out so we can give you a hand to deal with them. Give yourself permission to work on things that are holding you back.
September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Every year thousands of people succumb to suicide. Suicidal thoughts don’t discriminate – it can affect anyone regardless of age, race, gender, socio-economic status. If you or your loved one has had thoughts of suicide, please get professional help. You don’t have to go through this alone.
Call us, reach out and we can help. We would love to help you grow and be the self that you are most comfortable with!
