Spring Time!

Last week marked the official start of Spring! For most of us that means more daylight, which can help combat depression. It also means that we get to spend more time outdoors, yay! With the new season upon us, it is important to remember self care and managing your symptoms. Sunlight has an effect on our moods, which can make people feel like they may not need to continue with their mental health regimen. At these times taking care of your mental health is even more important. Family functions, outings with friends, weddings, baby showers etc. are all events that need us to be socially present, which can take a toll on you. With nicer weather on the horizon, it is important to make sure you are taking care of yourself to get the most out of the time we have to enjoy warmer weather.
