New year, new beginnings
On New Years Eve, I always take a look back and see how I would like for my next year to be different. All around us there is an emphasis to make resolutions for upcoming year, but how much of that is actually attainable? Most times setting goals that focus on doing better than the previous year in whatever area you want to improve helps to set a more attainable goal and thus making your resolutions stick with you throughout the year. Making large, drastic changes are often too big and thus given up after a certain amount time. Focusing on reaching a goal that is smaller and adjusting as needed is easier to continue with and shown to be more effective when enacting change. Hopefully this will help with all those resolutions and help them to be successful. Happy New Year to all!
