Kara has experience with sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD and grief. She holds a certification in eating disorders and she is currently offering EMDR services. Kara also has experience in treating mood disorders including anxiety and depression, stress related issues, work issues and general life and relationship issues. Kara is an LLMSW who is currently accepting new clients ages 14 and up. She offers both in person and online appointments.
